Get Enough Rest

Without having enough rest, you can’t enjoy or improve your life. You must have enough rest for your body and mind to get all the things done as expected. Otherwise, you can get cranky and reduce your ability to concentrate.

Have Non Negotiables

For your mental health and wellbeing, it’s important to have nonnegotiables. Some of these include the following:

Morning:

  • 20-Minute Walk

  • 10-Minute Meditation

  • Cold Showers

  • 10-Minute Writing

Night:

  • No Screen Time an Hour Before Bed

  • No Food Two Hours Before Bed

  • Stretching

Plan Your Day the Night Before

It’s best to get everything you need ready for the morning before going to bed the previous night. Things seem simpler when everything is planned and handy.

Follow the 80/20 Rule

You should invest most of your energy and time in those specific tasks that create a big impact and maximize your productivity. Through this concept, you must view 20% of the tasks you do to yield 80% of the results.

Create a Morning Ritual

Having a morning ritual for yourself is important to living a good life. Practicing waking up early make it easy for you to prepare for the day. Make time for meditation as well. The more you practice it, the more your life gets better.

Detox From Social Media

It’s important to keep track of time when you indulge in your phone. The best way is to keep a timer to keep track of your phone use. Just spend an hour without touching your phone or TV, you’ll notice how much you enjoy yourself.
